REFUND POLICY

Claims should be made within 2 weeks after delivery or the estimated date or delivery. Expenses are covered only for the claims considered to be our fault.

Reasons accepted for returns:

  • Damaged & Defective: If your items have any damage, defect or misprint resulting from our side those items can be claimed within 2 weeks of delivery.

 

  • Wrong Address:If your provided address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. In this case your items can be shipped again for the claims raised within 2 weeks of delivery date while you will be liable for the reshipment costs.

 

  • Unclaimed: Shipments which are not claimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the reshipment costs, items can only be reshipped with the claims in two weeks time of delivery. Same applies to the packages lost in transit.

Please know, that items can only be returned or reshipped in the above cases. And we do not offer refunds.
